even though i am painful,
deeply, completely, n always
I love, n accept myself.
(repeat, n repeat until u feel better.)

an even shorter version of the above:

speaking to urself:
Past is Love,
Now is Love,
Future is Love,
All is Love.
(repeat, n repeat until u feel better.)

WN ur breathing in,
say: I am breathing in Love;
then feel ur heart, n ur whole body is full of Love.

WN ur breathing out,
say: I am breathing out Love.
then feel all the air around u is full of Love.

(repeat, n repeat until u feel better.)

the technique in #1 is called EFT.
