Butter,
Extra Virgin Olive Oil ( 初搾橄欖油),
Extra Virgin Coconut Oil,
Fresh Grounded Flaxseed,

Bad Fat =
Most Veg Oil, ie Peanut Oil, Corn Oil, Canola Oil, Soy Oil
Trans fat

Yogurt/Kefir

Nut (but not peanut)
